Dick Williams opened Flagship Auto in 2001 with a clear mission:

He assembled a high performing team of professionals.  Highly credentialed mechanics, service writers and a mature customer service team that shares his vision for quality.

There are two aspects to Flagship's business: Emergency Road Service (Authorized by AAA) and Auto Repair (Certified NAPA Auto Care Center.)  In both aspects of this business, professionalism and care are in place.
